CareerTours Develops “Frictionless” Recruiting and Tours to Match Employers and Candidates


Phoenix, Arizona, December 19, 2006 -- CareerTours, a national recruitment resource based in Phoenix, AZ, has developed “Frictionless Recruiting,” a new system that will enable employers to recruit talent while minimizing the friction inherent in the recruiting process. In the past three months, CareerTours has increased its database of individuals interested in relocating to new cities and careers by over 20,000 people. This database will be the foundation for the launch of a new company website in January. The new career site will apply an interactive approach to recruiting that helps candidates and companies experience each other and make the right career decisions. Companies may complement the use of the website as a recruiting tool by offering onsite tours.
